WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU?
We are located in Rhoten's Country Store- the red brick 2-story building across from the Old Mill.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Please park on the right side of the building across from Wash World on Taylor Drive.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are typically open Tuesday- Friday 10 am to 6 pm
and 10 am to 3 pm Saturday.
We are mostly appointment only, and sometimes we are not there during these hours (for lunch breaks, etc.)
YOUR WEBSITE SAYS THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE THIS WEEK, IS IT WORKING CORRECTLY?
Yes. Sometimes we are booked a week out. Keep checking it for cancellations. It stays up to date.
WHAT ARE YOUR LATE ARRIVAL AND CANCELLATION POLICIES?
Our client experience is very important at Lexington Gentlemen's Salon. We try our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment that day.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
